There is so much work to be done and I am blessed to have found a passion so close to my heart! 

We hear so often that “Health is Wealth” , but you shouldn’t be to be wealthy to be healthy. Health is so much more than a word! There are so many prevalent inequalities in low income communities and many of them directly contribute to the health issues we face today. Health should be a priority, however, too often are the most severely impacted areas that ones’ that are totally underserved. It is about access! Access to information, access to herbs, access to affordable, delicious and healthy alternatives. Our communities deserve better.

"Why did you start TWO companies during a global pandemic when so many small businesses are suffering?”
This pandemic is been absolutely devastating in so many ways. As a person with chronic illnesses, I am on a constant hunt for natural recipes to help manage my Asthma & Hyper Thyroid Graves Disease. During my research, I realized that many of the home made remedies my family has passed down over generations could not only help me but help my community as well. That is why I founded two companies dedicated to holistic health and wellness during a global pandemic.
